  This is the third time we've gone to Farone & Son, and once again they have done a great job. They recently took care of the arrangements for my sister and they did a fantastic job.
  
  They knew our budget and didn't try to add a bunch of bells and whistles. And most importantly, they talked with us and treated us like fellow human beings and not simply as customers.
  
  They were fantastic and I'm surprised I am the first to review them, especially since they've been in business for a long time.

  We had my mother's services here on December 2nd. First thing we noticed was words in the prayer card were misspelled, 2nd when my brother went to go pick up my mother's urn we had requested that my mother's dog's ashes be put in the same urn and they were not. We also had requested to have some ashes set aside so my other brother could spread them in the ocean in Florida because this was my mother's request as well. We also, purchased 2 small urns which we did not receive the correct ones, I had ordered a necklace and noticed that the back was all scratched up and looks like the some type of screw in the back was mishandled and may fall out. All in all I am very disappointed in our experience.
